Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

RECRUITMENT SUPPORT:

   - Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases.

   - Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION:

   - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.

   - Coordinate orientation sessions, providing information on policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

HR DOCUMENTATION:

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

   - Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy manuals.

   - Maintain Emails & Xpat system.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

   - Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns, fostering positive relations within the workplace.

   - Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance the work environment.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION:

   - Collaborate with the HR team to administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

   - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

   - Coordinate training programs and workshops, tracking employee participation and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

   - Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

   - Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data.

   - Assist in communicating performance feedback to employees and facilitating improvement plans.

 

COMPLIANCE AND POLICY ADHERENCE:

   - Stay informed about labor laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance.

   - Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

   - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or minimum 2-year experience in similar work.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

   - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

   - Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:

   - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR tasks simultaneously.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:

   - Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate employee records and handling HR documentation.

TEAM PLAYER:

   - Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

PROBLEM-SOLVING:

   - Proactive problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges.

TECH-SAVVY:

   - Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.

DISCRETION AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

   - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
