We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources and Administrative Executive who is a great multitasker and has exceptional communication and time management skills to join our team.
The candidate should be dependable, efficient, and well-organized, and you should be able to maintain cordial working relationships with all the employees. Familiarity with expatriate visa process, HR software Keplar and past experience in human resource and administration will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Dealing with client and vendor communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings and conferences.
- Processing mail and other correspondence; filing; data entry; answering phones; processing mail; and other office tasks.
- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
- Supervising employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.
- Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
- Maintain staff attendance including recording of staff leave and contracts.
- Maintain an effective filing system both in electronic and hard formats for office receipts and other documents.
- Administrative support to conferences, workshops, meetings.
- Carrying out recruitment process effectively.
- Handle all expatriate visa related works.
