Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing 
designs for both print and digital media. The Graphic Designer will work 
closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop eye-catching graphics 
that effectively communicate our brand message and meet our business 
objectives.

Duties and responsibilities
➢ Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing 
strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, 
customer acquisition and revenue growth
➢ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop design 
concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand identity 
and objectives
➢ Create visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including but 
not limited to: logos, brochures, banners, posters, packaging, social 
media graphics, web designs, and marketing materials
➢ Effectively use typography, color, layout, and other design elements to 
create designs that are visually engaging and communicate the 
intended message
➢ Translate marketing and sales objectives into design solutions that 
resonate with our target audience
➢ Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and visual identity 
across all marketing materials and platforms
➢ Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices to 
ensure our designs are fresh and engaging
➢ Review and revise designs based on feedback from marketing and 
sales teams
➢ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely 
completion and delivery of high-quality work
➢ Assist in the development and execution of design-related 
presentations and proposals

Qualifications
➢ A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, 
including print and digital media
➢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, 
and InDesign
➢ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, 
and layout
➢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to 
clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to team members
➢ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple 
projects simultaneously
➢ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality 
work
➢ Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, 
and web design software is a plus
➢ Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and/or animation is a 
plus
