Job Description
- The selected candidate will be responsible to perform and assist in issuing timely and accurate payments to suppliers providing goods and services to the Company, and timely processing of monthly rent payments, customer deposit refunds, and other payments such as money advances and expense claims, etc.

- Process local and overseas supplier payments accurately and on time, in compliance with company policies and payment terms.
- Validate invoices for approval, ensure proper purchase order matching, and prevent duplicate payments.
- Manage scheduled payment runs (e.g., rent, utilities, taxes) and ensure timely posting in the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue payment transfer letters following approval.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, post adjustments, and communicate payment details to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Complete month end tasks, record bank charges, and conduct monthly reconciliations for assigned vendors.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Secondary Duties:
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be requested by management from time to time.
Qualifications
GCE A’level or Diploma in Finance or Accounting or other equivalent qualification.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Works under the general supervision and guidance of the Assistant manager, but with the ability to work autonomously to achieve individual objectives and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, the ability to work in a team and good communication skills are prerequisites.
- Demonstrate computer skills with particular emphasis on the use of computerized accounting systems.
- Prioritizes workload and uses discretion to determine how best to achieve the required outcome.
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
