Job Description

Qualifications, Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Completed GCE O’ Level Examination with minimum three passes.
  • Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) English and Dhivehi.
  • Showroom based job; Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Well organized with ability to work both independently and within the team environment.
  • Must be willing to learn about the products & adapt to change within the organization and the industry.
  • Candidate must be result oriented, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be punctual and willing to work long hours if the job demands.
  • Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or emails. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Conditions of Employment

  • The position should be willing to sign a minimum 02-year contract.
  • Based in Male’, the capital city of the Republic of Maldives.
  • Required to complete a mandatory period of 03 months’ probation.
