FINANCE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller to oversee and manage all financial operations across Zetta Group’s subsidiaries. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a multi-industry organization by providing strategic financial insights, managing cash flow, payables, receivables, and assets, and identifying new business opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring the financial stability of the group and its subsidiaries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and monitor the group’s assets and investments, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Collaborate with the CEO on financial aspects of new business ventures and expansion plans.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations for a group of companies or multi-subsidiary organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
