Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting assigned products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and market engagement.

The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining consistent interaction with retail outlets and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company-assigned brands and products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular visits to retail shops and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in outlets
• Collect orders and follow up on deliveries
• Support payment collection when required
• Provide market feedback, including competitor activities
