We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Officer to support our Chairman, Managing Director, and Deputy Managing Director. This role involves handling executive correspondence, preparing documents, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review official correspondence, reports, and proposals.
- Prepare tender/bid documents and business submissions.
- Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support projects, policies, and confidential assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in executive support/administration.
- Strong business correspondence & documentation skills.
- Excellent communication in Dhivehi & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills.
