Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for Senior Management.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
- Drafting correspondence, letters, and reports as required.
- Handling additional administrative tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Dhivehi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
