We are a fast-growing events, venue, and F&B company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations across multiple business units.
This role is critical in ensuring that tasks are tracked, communication is smooth, and the Director’s time is used efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Director Support (Priority)
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments
- Ensure priorities are organized and executed on time
- Act as a point of coordination between Director and teams
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare documents, reports, letters, and proposals
- Manage emails, communication, and records
- Organize files and maintain structured documentation
Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Follow up with coordinators, managers, and staff on tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
Basic Finance Coordination
- Track payments to be made and received
- Follow up on invoices and pending payments
- Coordinate with Finance Executive on financial matters
