Executive Assistant to chairman
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence directed to the Chairman.
Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for the Chairman, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested, providing comprehensive and well-organized summaries and analysis.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries and smooth logistics.
Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman, building and maintaining positive relationships.
Assist in organizing and coordinating Board of Directors meetings, preparing agendas, collating materials, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
Track and follow up on action items and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to the Chairman.
Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Chairman, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
