Job Profile Responsibilites:
- Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee files, ensuring all required documents are present and organized.
- Maintain and monitor records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Prepare and issue employment verification letters and other HR-related correspondences
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Handle all visa related works.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate and ensure that the internal and external documents are dispatched timely and securely.
- Offer proactive support and assistance to management in accomplishing tasks, goals, and objectives
- Adhere to prescribed systems and procedures for the Bank's operations

- Strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
- Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Employment Act of Maldives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- GCE O-Level: Minimum 5 credits
- GCE A-Level or equivalent: Minimum 2 credits
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in the human resources, banking or financial services industry is an advantage
- Maldivian Nationals only
Remunerations:
- Monthly salary: MVR 13,000
