Job Description

The Opportunity 

We are looking for an ERP Support Engineer with an interest in IT systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with effective interpersonal communication and good time management. This position is well suited for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to build practical experience in IT software and system support. ERP certification (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ) will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge in computer software and Finance (Experience supporting ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, or Procurement) will also be an additional advantage. 

Your job responsibilities include: 

Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting 

• Monitor system performance and user activities 

• Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and support logs 

Client Relationship & Support 

• Act as a primary point of contact for client ERP support requests 

• Provide user training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations 

• Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high client satisfaction
