Summary of Post:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to our company for effective and efficient management of office operations. Under minimum supervision of the company manager, the administrative assistant performs routine office clerical duties
Qualification & Experiences Required:
- O Level with a pass in English and Dhivehi
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in a similar role
OR
- Equivalent combination of training and experiences
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate well in Dhivehi and English, both in writing and speaking
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs
- Working knowledge of general office procedures
Salary: Negotiable
Working Arrangements: Flexible
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to incoming and outgoing mails.
- Answers and refers to queries of customers.
- Performs general office duties, such as managing stock and essential book keeping.
- Checks gazette and other listing platforms daily for business opportunities.
- Arrange, document and maintain records of meetings and that of other corporate affairs.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, reports and records of company operations.
- Prepare memos, letter, invoices, reports and other official documents under guidance of company manager.
- Assist company manager with conducting research for business expansion and improvements.
And;
- Performs other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job description
