Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Manage documents, records, and office files
· Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
· Assist with office supplies and administrative tasks
Requirements
· Certificate Level II in Business Administration or related field
· GCE ‘A’ Level (Minimum B Pass) / GCE ‘O’ Level (Minimum B Pass)
· Minimum 2 Years Experience in the relevant field
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
· Ability to multitask and work independently
