Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records
- Assist in payroll coordination and staff benefits administration
- Handle office supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination
- Support employee engagement and workplace activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist management with reports and HR planning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR/Admin role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Maldives labor regulations is an advantage
