L.C Business Consultants LLP is a growing professional services firm specializing in employment agency services and business consultancy. We're looking for an enthusiastic Admin & HR Assistant to join our team.
We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our daily operations and HR activities.
Manage office operations and maintain a professional environment
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare documents and reports
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Manage office supplies
Assist with recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain employee records and databases
Support onboarding for new hires
Track attendance and leave requests
Assist with employee documentation
Coordinate training sessions
Update CRM and candidate databases
Coordinate candidate communications
Assist with client documentation
Support the team with administrative tasks
O'Level qualification
Fluent in English and Dhivehi (written and spoken)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information
Reliable and punctual
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
