MVR 15,000 - MVR 18,000
As per company policy eligible for a combined service charge from the properties operated under the company.

Job Description

     Responsinilities:

• Enter supplier's / Vendors invoices to accounting software
• Preparing customer invoices and settlements
• Payment collection
• Customer aging report (payable and receivable)
• Prepare and update daily CASH BOOK(S)
• Preparing and maintaining Expense(s) report
• Preparing and maintaining Monthly Statuary Reports (GST,GRT, WHT)
• Maintaining and proper filing system for invoices/payment vouchers/DFR/WHT/monthly expenses/GST/Daily Cash Book/pension & etc.. 
• Preparing annual budgeting and assisting in group budgeting
• Dealing with third-party auditors and preparing trial balances.
• Reconciling multiple accounts
• Attending to other account/finance-related works assigned by the Director of Operations.
