Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert design concepts into technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Update drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and site conditions.
Ensure all designs comply with local codes and construction standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and on-site teams.
Maintain organized records and documentation of all drawings.
Conduct site visits for measurements and verification when required.

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or SketchUp knowledge is a plus).
1–3 years of relevant experience in drafting for construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
High attention to detail and strong technical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
