Silver Sands is the leading company that provides Dive, Water Sports and Excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 15 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking highly motivated, self-disciplined team members with a positive attitude to join our team.  

DIVE MASTER 

We are seeking an experienced Dive Master who shares our dedication to excellence and a
passion for crafting memorable guest experiences. As part of a diverse and dynamic team,
you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, award-winning service to our valued guests.

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

▪ Proficient in English, additional languages (Russian, German, Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus
▪ Certified PADI Divemaster
▪ Must have professional liability insurance
▪ Confident with Operations SOPs, Activities and Procedures
▪ Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports
▪ Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
▪ Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
