Job Description

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding security best practices

• Participate in Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance our security capabilities

• Respond to and triage client-reported security issues

• Contribute to the creation of security documentation and user guides for clients

• Prepare and deliver clear, concise security reports for clients

• Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for clients

• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology. Having IT experience is an added advantage.

• Understanding of basic security concepts, including network security, endpoint security, application security, and data security
• Basic understanding of common cybersecurity tools and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

• Total Salary MVR 8,500

• Opportunities for training and development.

• Working Hours 8:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
