Job Description
Receive daily collection (cash and cash card) from sales, subscription
Proactively promote sales and information to customers, maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and other related duties as assigned.
Prepare the daily cash summary and daily collection report / reconcile the daily collection with the collection report
