Position: Customer Service Officer
(Personal Service Center)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers and customers
- Greet persons entering Service Center
- Take note of the issue and register into system
- Deal with queries and issues from customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Register issues and direct the issue to the supervisor
- Maintain delivery log and supporting documents
- Organize, maintain issue log and update as per progress
- co-ordinate with technicians to provide progress update to customers
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
Specification and knowledge requirement
- High school completion generally required
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills and IT skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
