Work under the instruction of Customer Services Team to ensure that all duties are completed in the role of Customer Services Executive within Voyages Maldives, to include:
Meet and greet all arrival and departure customers, assist with transfers / flights queries/ related issues.
Assist with any medical/ emergency issues - Hospital/medical visits, work Permit medicals etc
Liaise with Tour Operators and Hotels - co-mail, special requests, VlP5, FAM trips etc.
