Job Description

Job Scope

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for directly assisting clients with inquiries, providing first-level technical support, and guiding them through processes related to the MiFPS project. This role involves front-facing customer interaction, including participation in seminars and "Teh Tarik Talks" to engage with clients and stakeholders, share information, and gather feedback.

Working hours: Sun - Thu (09am to 06pm)

Requirements & Qualification

  • Experience working in a call centre or customer-support role
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experiance in using xpat online will be an added advantage
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
