We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team at EQ Lines Maldives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with logistics inquiries, providing excellent support, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information and updates on shipments, deliveries, and logistics services
- Maintain accurate customer records and track shipments
- Support the sales and operations teams in daily customer service tasks
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth service
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
