Greeting customers, take customer orders and provide recommendations and suggestions to customers for choosing drinks and snacks on the menu.
Answering customer enquiries & passing accurate information about our menu items.
Attending customer complains & making sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.
Responsible for cash, debit card and account transfer payments from customers.
Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts tally with POS figures.
Responsible for preparing cashier report and shift handover reports.
Keep reports of transactions and prepare daily reports: bank transfer and delivery report.
Ensuring that customers are served with a friendly and helpful manner. Qualifications:
GCE O’ Levels.
Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
Should have excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi (both written and spoken).
Friendly personality.
Computer knowledge in MS office applications.
Hands on experience in handling POS terminal will be an added advantage.
