Job Description

The Corporate F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Food & Beverage operations across all Symphony Maldives outlets. The role focuses on ensuring consistent service standards, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across all locations. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, assessing outlet performance, identifying training needs, delivering training programs for staff, managing procurement-related activities, and maintaining effective stock control systems. The position also requires implementing new ideas and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction, team performance, and overall outlet profitability.

General Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall Food & Beverage operations across all Symphony Maldives outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to all sites and outlets to monitor operational performance, guest experience, cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, SOPs, and quality procedures across all F&B outlets.
  • Deliver training programs for all outlet staff to improve service quality, product knowledge, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assess the training needs of all outlets and develop structured training plans to address performance gaps and support team development.
  • Coach, mentor, and support outlet managers and team members to build a strong service culture and high-performing teams.
  • Lead and manage the Procurement Department in relation to F&B purchasing requirements, supplier coordination, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely purchasing of quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor and keep track of stock levels across all outlets, ensuring proper inventory control, stock rotation, par levels, and reduction of wastage.
  • Review stock reports, variance reports, and consumption patterns to identify issues and improve stock management practices.
  • Work closely with outlet teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and control of food and beverage items.
  • Develop and implement new ideas, service concepts, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate outlet performance and introduce corrective actions and improvement plans where needed.
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, procurement, and management teams to improve menus, service delivery, and product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations across all outlets.
  • Monitor guest feedback, service trends, and market expectations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare reports on outlet performance, training activities, stock status, procurement matters, and operational improvements for senior management.
