Vacant Positions: Construction Site Supervisor

Remuneration: MVR 10000 to MVR 11999

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Manage direct labor resources, including assigning tasks, tracking performance, and providing training as needed.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges in a timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, labor hours, and safety incidents.

 

Preferred candidate should have:

GCE O' level education certificate.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Available to work outside Male

Above 5 years of previous experience in similar role
