Salary and Benefits

MVR 20,000 - MVR 25,000
Attendance and food allowance: MVR 1,875.00 per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site, including monitoring materials, organizing equipment, and scheduling deliveries
• Supervising the on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standard
• Managing the construction schedule in collaboration with engineers and management to ensure timely completion
• Other works that may be necessary

Requirements:

• Should be over 35 years old
• Able to work long hours and able to work at project sites outside Male’
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to understand building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Over 5 years’ experience in the field will be an added advantage
