The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day site operations to ensure construction works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. The role involves coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, with proven hands-on experience managing construction sites, supervising workforce and subcontractors, planning site activities, monitoring progress, enforcing HSE standards, and resolving on-site technical and coordination issues. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
