Job Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hulhumale', Maldives, for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with designs and specifications, manage quality control, and coordinate with team members. The role includes resolving on-site issues, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

 

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site management and execution of construction projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in construction outcomes
• Knowledge of structural engineering and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies
• Civil engineering expertise and understanding of construction practices
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Experience in construction projects in the Maldives is an advantage
