Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-level qualification
  • 1 year work experience in office management, administration, or operation.

 

Role Description:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and IT support as needed.
  • Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

 

Skills and competence

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
  • Familiarity with HR and accounting software (QuickBooks,zoho) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage vendors, junior staff, and contractors.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and balancing multiple responsibilities.
