Job Description
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-level qualification
1 year work experience in office management, administration, or operation.
Role Description:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and IT support as needed.
Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Skills and competence
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
Familiarity with HR and accounting software (QuickBooks,zoho) is a plus.
Ability to manage vendors, junior staff, and contractors.
Skill in prioritizing tasks and balancing multiple responsibilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
