Job Description

Drive revenue by identifying new business, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage market insights to develop winning strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored client solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

• Implementing effective sales strategies for the organization.  
• Setting short- and long-term goals to achieve sales targets.  
• Identifying customer needs and requirements.  
• Finding out various potential customers via cold calling, networking, etc.  
• Attending exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company.  
• Managing customer complaints, inquiries, and questions.  
• Updating and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database.  
• Preparing sales reports by analyzing the data accurately.  
• Working in collaboration with the sales team for better results.  
• Conducting detailed market research on competitors' products and services.  
• Attending sales meetings on a daily basis.  
• Taking feedback from the sales team and working on that accordingly.  
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals.  
• Analyzing the marketing performance metrics and KPIs.  
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management.  
• Staying updated with the latest trends in the sales industry.  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relations or business development 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Basic understanding of market research and sales tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and fieldwork when required.
