Manage front-desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients via the agency hotline, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating issues where necessary. Provide timely updates on work permit status, visa processing, and recruitment progress. Prepare reports, maintain accurate client records, and provide guidance to employers and workers on agency procedures and compliance-related matters.
