MVR 13,000 - MVR 15,000
• Attendance and food allowance: MVR 1,275.00 per month

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated Maldivians to join our team at Alia Construction (Pvt) Ltd. If you believe you are the right candidate, please apply for the post.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and feasibility studies
• Prepare bids and tenders
• Provide cost estimate for material, equipment and labour
• Prepare and update work schedules
• Manage construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Analyze survey reports, maps and other data to plan projects
• Provide advice in resolving emerging problems creatively
• Undertake complex and repetitive calculations
• Attend meetings where necessary

Requirements:

• Proficient in Ms. Projects, AutoCAD and Ms. Excel
• Prior experience will be an added advantage
