Job Description

POSITION: CASHIER
VACANCIES: 1

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of CASHIER for a showroom in Amin Avenue Oak Tower, Hulhumale’.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products including panels, inverters, batteries, and other items.
• Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and basic technical specifications
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and process payments (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.)
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding stock availability and installation schedules
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and daily reconciliation
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service requests professionally
• Ensure the showroom displays are clean, organized, and products are properly arranged
• Stay updated on solar technology and company product offerings
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive showroom experience

Requirements / Qualification:

• Completed GCE O’ levels (pass in Mathematics)
• At least 1 year experience in retail businesses
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dhivehi language Ability to work in shift duties
• Familiar with cash management processes
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ZOHO.

 

Salary & Benefits:
MVR 8,000- 10,000 based on qualification and experience
