Job Description

• Greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases
• Scanning and bagging items or operating a POS system to input prices and process payments
• Accepting cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment and providing accurate change
• Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
• Resolving customer complaints or directing them to a manager if necessary
• Keeping track of inventory and restocking supplies as needed
