Job Description

Tmart Cashier Duties and Responsibilities: •

Handle customer billing accurately using the POS system •

Process cash, card, and approved credit transactions correctly •

Issue receipts for all sales •

Maintain full responsibility for cash handled during the shift •

Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies immediately •

Provide polite and professional customer service •

Follow approved pricing and discount policies only •

Avoid billing errors, fraud, or unauthorized transactions •

Keep the cashier counter clean and organized •

Protect company cash, documents, and billing equipment •

Prepare end-of-shift sales and cash reports •

Follow company rules, discipline, and supervisor instructions
