Job Description

Linkserve Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented female Call Center Agents for a work-from-home (remote) position. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing high-quality customer support while working remotely.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently from home while meeting performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally from a remote location

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests

• Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures

• Maintain proper call records and update customer information in company systems

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

• Meet performance, quality, and attendance targets

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
