Sanco Maldives Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and highly driven Business Development Executive to accelerate sales growth across our expanding portfolio of food and beverage products, including the rapidly growing Good Seoul brand.

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across resorts, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and retail outlets throughout the Maldives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Procurement Managers, Purchasing Officers, Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Promote and expand sales of Safe Sea's extensive food and beverage portfolio, including exclusive Good Seoul Korean food products.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Follow up proactively on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and increase business volumes from existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Travel to resort islands and outer atolls as required.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer records, and market intelligence.
• Work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, hospitality supplies, food service, beverage distribution, or a similar B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within the Maldives hospitality, resort, retail, or food service sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable spending the majority of working time in the field meeting customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and sales/order management systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Maldives.
Open to both Maldivian and foreign candidates.
Foreign candidates will only be considered if they possess significant and relevant experience in FMCG, food distribution, hospitality sales, food service, or B2B business development and can demonstrate a proven track record of sales performance.
Work permit and employment visa sponsorship will be provided for successful foreign candidates.
• Existing relationships with resort procurement teams, chefs, F&B managers, or hospitality operators.
• Experience handling food and beverage brands.
• Strong understanding of the Maldives hospitality and resort supply market.
• Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for sales and business development.
Base Salary: MVR 10,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Sales Commission: Uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn.
