Branch Manager

Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and compliance of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking services across Personal, Premier, and Commercial & Corporate Banking segments. The role carries full accountability for business growth, operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer experience, in line with the Bank’s strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all business lines within the branch (Personal, Premier, and Commercial & Corporate Banking)
  • Drive branch profitability, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Oversee branch operations, service standards, turnaround times, and customer experience
  • Act as the first line of defense for credit, operational, AML/CFT, conduct, and reputational risks
  • Ensure full compliance with MMA regulations, internal policies, and Delegation of Authority
  • Lead, coach, and manage branch leadership team and staff performance
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of risk, compliance, and control issues
  • Represent the branch in audits, inspections, and regulatory examinations

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years banking experience; 5 years in senior management
  • Strong understanding of credit, AML/CFT, and branch operations
  • Proven leadership, judgment, and regulatory discipline
