BOAT CAPTAIN x 3

Silver Sands is a leader in providing diving, water sports, and marine excursions in the Maldives. Operating 11 dive centers, we offer a unique Total Solutions concept that delivers seamless, customized experiences for guests of all levels.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and self-disciplined team members to join our dive and water sports centers.

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Should have positive attitude
• Good verbal English
• Communicate fluently in both verbal & written English
• Must have inboard and outboard license
• Must have Coastal Navigation level 2 certificate (Niyami)
• Ability to lead the boat crews and captains
• Ability to maintain all boats to Company standards
• Must have minimum 4 years of experience in a related field
• Must have 1 year resort experience

REMUNARATION PACKAGE

• Basic Salary
• Fixed Allowance
• Additional benefits include Overtime, Service Charge and Mobile Phone Allowance
