Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during fuel transfer operations, including the use of safety equipment and adherence to emergency procedures.
Maintenance and Inspection: Regularly inspect the vessel's equipment and systems, such as fuel pumps and hoses, to ensure they are in good working order and schedule maintenance as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of fuel deliveries, including quantities, times, and any incidents that occur during operations.
Crew Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, providing training and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
