POSITION: Barista

LOCATION: Den – Recharge

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

WORKING HOURS: 8 Hours per day (Fridays off)

SALARY: MVR 7,000 – 8,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking customer orders and serving drinks & food
• Receiving payments and handling cash/transactions
• Looking after the café inventory and restocking supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages with attention to detail
• Assisting with general café operations as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (but not required)
• Able to communicate fluently in Dhivehi or in English
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit to work for long periods and manage a fast-paced environment
