greets customers and presents beverage and food menus and discuss the beverage and food items, make recommendations, and answers any inquiries.

explain current promotions and new products. 

prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards. 

ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations.

help customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales

train baristas on all policies and drinks recipes.

coordinates purchase requests and stock items at bar

maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
