JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a warm, welcoming café environment.

• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and customer service.

• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

• Previous barista or café experience is an added advantage.
