To be the point of contact for customers who are contacting the branch through all our acceptable communication channels and provide them with support for their queries. Additionally, as an Assistant Officer, you will be assigned different roles from time to time based on the requirements of the contact center.
Further, the selected candidate will be required to address customer inquiries, questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide swift and accurate information.
Requirements
• Diploma in related field OR,
• Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
• Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in Oral and written Communications
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
