Job Description
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote HDFC’s products and services.
- Monitor brand sentiment and enhance brand awareness through digital and traditional marketing platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Create, manage, and update content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Ensure regular updates on events, campaigns, and company activities across all digital platforms.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
Campaign & Event Management
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials to maximize visibility and ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to enhance market presence.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media representatives.
- Supervise and guide the marketing team, providing clear direction and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other departments to achieve marketing goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on content creation (both visual and written).
- Proficiency in graphic design software will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Salary: Salary ranging from MVR 23,000 to 25,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
