We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our corporate office as Assistant Manager Human Resources. The key tasks and responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Hiring
Managing training and development initiatives.
Tracking employee performance.
Tracking human resources related organizational KPI's.
Manage benefits and compensation.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
Implement HR policies, procedures and ensure to educate and promote awareness to the employees.
